Yup, along with the current batch of judges which includes Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and Pharrell Williams, it has been announced that, for one special episode on April 27, the show will bring back previous judges Gwen Stefani, Usher and CeeLo Green. We know, our TVs will probably explode. Check out the exciting plans!
‘The Voice’ Reunion
We are getting down to the wire on The Voice, with the top 8 now finally revealed. However, on the April 27 episode, the contestants might not be what everyone is talking about!
E! Online has confirmed that, for one night only, the show will bring back Gwen Stefani, Usher and CeeLo to serve as “advisers… They will offer their expertise both as recording artists and former coaches to all the contestants currently in the running to win this season of The Voice.”
Meanwhile, the current crop of judges, Christina, Adam, Pharrell and Blake will continue to do their thang with their teams.
The Original ‘Voice’ Judges Together
The reunion of judges will be particularly special in the case of CeeLo as he, along with Christina, Adam and Blake were all a part of the inaugural panel of judges on the hit show’s very first season.
However, not all audiences will be thrilled to see the “F–k You” singer return to the series. In September of 2014, the singer tweeted some extremely controversial statements regarding rape, prompting him to swiftly apologize.
Are you excited to see the huge reunion on The Voice?
