‘Revenge’ Recap: A Weight Lifted

Nope, it wasn’t a dream. Emily finally confessed to being the real Amanda Clarke. She revealed to the press that she had taken on the identity of Emily to clear her father’s name. Pretty much everyone was floored by Emily’s big reveal, especially Louise, who discovered Nolan’s part in Emily’s revengenda. She wanted to know the truth was looking to Victoria to find it.

Meanwhile, it seemed as if a huge weight had been lifted off Emily’s shoulders — for now. Emily and Nolan looked back on the fond memories of when they started revenging together. So many emotions hitting me right now!

However, this happy moment wouldn’t last long. Victoria was having the USB that Louise had taken from Nolan explored. I don’t have a good feeling about this. Victoria basically brainwashed Louise against Emily. Louise hit up Nolan with divorce papers. He tried to apologize for keeping such a secret, but Louise saw right through Nolan. She knew that no one could ever replace Emily in Nolan’s life.

‘Revenge’ Recap: Nemily’s All Time Low

Victoria continued her quest to take down Emily and headed to straight to Margaux for help. She had evidence of Amanda’s crime and wanted Margaux to join the bandwagon. Margaux wasn’t going for it. She was done revenging. She had lied to Victoria about Emily pushing her in front of the car because she couldn’t face the her with the truth. Oh, okay. Sure.

Nolan realized that his super important USB drive had been copied, which meant that everything about Emily/Amanda could be exposed. There were six really important folders inside that flash drive that included details about their big revenge plots. Emily was furious. Despite Nolan’s tears, Emily wasn’t in a forgiving mood.

“Please let me try and fix this,” Nolan cried. “You’ve done enough,” Emily seethed. Help. I’m drowning in tears.

Jack stopped by Nolan’s to find him moping. Nolan was willing and wanted to accept all the blame for Emily’s current predicament. Jack assured Nolan that Emily would forgive him eventually. This bromance is the best.

‘Revenge’ Recap: Lights, Camera, Action

Emily showed up to the TV studios where Victoria was prepping to give an interview that exposed Emily. Emily masterfully turned Victoria’s plan on its head and agreed to do an exclusive interview if the reporter turned Victoria down.

That’s all it took. Emily sat down with the reporter who wasn’t going to hold back. Emily spilled everything about her past. She also threw major shade at Victoria and insinuated she was a murderer by bringing up Aiden Mathis. Emily said that Aiden was the man “I was going to spend the rest of my life with.”

Stop. The pain of Aiden’s death has returned, and it is too much.

Emily said that Victoria needed to take responsibility for her actions. Ouch. Emily also brought up faux-Manda and Charlotte, leaving many to believe that the youngest Grayson/Clarke had died. Don’t shed more tears just yet, y’all.

Victoria watched all of Emily’s interview from the middle of Times Square. Emily looked straight into Victoria’s soul (and the camera lens) and said, “It is in your hands to end this.” Watch your back, Ems.

‘Revenge’ Recap: ‘You Belong Together’

Nolan didn’t stay blue for long. Hope of Emily and Jack finally realizing they belong together perked his spirits up. “This is your moment,” Nolan told Jack. He was right. This was the time for Jack and Emily to get their chance.

“You two belong together,” Nolan continued. “Deep down, she knows it.” This is why everyone loves Nolan.

Meanwhile, Margaux went to Victoria and was willing to help now. They had some work to do now that Emily had slayed Victoria on national television. But these two women are going to put up a fight. I know it.

Well, they might have a new ally. On a beach somewhere, a mystery person circled Emily’s photo with a red sharpie! Is it Charlotte? Please dear god, NO!

I don’t know about you, but this episode definitely felt like a series finale. The preview for the final four episode look super intense. Is Revenge building things up for the end?

HollywoodLifers, what did you think of tonight’s Revenge? Do you think Charlotte is dead? Do you think this is the final season? Let me know!
