This hits all the right notes! During a recent performance, Jared Leto seemed to be giving his Joker voice a go, and it will chill you to your very core.
So creepy! Jared Leto will take on the iconic role of The Joker in the upcoming superhero movie, Suicide Squad. The recently blonde actor and musician hit the stage while performing with his band 30 Seconds to Mars, and he seemed to give his Joker skills a test run to see how an audience might react. Not surprisingly, they went totally nuts. Listen to Jared’s Joker voice inside!
Jared Leto’s Joker Voice
Someone is ready to get his Clown Prince of Crime on.
During a recent concert, Jared and his band were performing their set as usual. However, when it came time for one song’s introduction, Jared got kinda creative. “On this next song, you’re gonna get really, really, really crazy,” he told the crowd of screaming fans.
On paper, those words don’t look like much, but listen and you’ll totally get it. For the last two words of that sentence, Jared brought his voice down real low, squeezing out the words with an undeniably evil gravel. He raised a clenched fist to the sky, and the crowd erupted in rapturous cheers.
Jared’s Joker Trasnformation
Though Jared does seem pretty excited about his upcoming role in Suicide Squad, it required him to take a course of action he was considerably less excited about: cutting off his infamous locks!
Yup, Jared ditched his Jesus-like tresses in exchange for a short, bleach blonde ‘do prior to the start of filming on the new movie. While we’re sad to see those signature locks go, we’re sure it will be worth it when we get to see him in his green-haired glory when Suicide Squad hits theaters in August of 2016.
Do you think Jared will make a good Joker?
