Connie Britton Joins ‘American Crime Story’
“Excited to announce my friend Connie Britton will play Faye Resnick in the upcoming FX miniseries The People v. O.J. Simpson,” Ryan tweeted on March 23.
While we’re not sure what this means for Nashville, we do know that this is extremely exciting news for any Connie fans — and for Connie. She has worked with Ryan Murphy before as she starred in the first season of American Horror Story.
The show is based on Jeffrey Toobin‘s book The Run of His Life: The People v. O.J. Simpson. Connie will take on the role of Faye, who was an interior designer staying with Nicole Brown Simpson just a few days before she was murdered.
Faye worked on many books after the murders, posed for Playboy and as appeared on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, as a close friend of Kyle Richards. You may have also seen her on Keeping Up with the Kardashians as she is close with Kris Jenner.
Do you think Connie will make a good Faye Resnick? Let us know!
