‘Revenge’: Margaux Plans Retaliation Against Emily — Season 4 Episode 16 Recap
Margaux started with Ben (Brian Hallisay), who gave her Emily/Amanda’s “birth certificate” after she threatened to go after his ex-wife, April. I put birth certificate in quotes because it was later revealed that Ben gave Margaux a fake copy! (He’s totally #TeamEmily.) And that just pissed Margaux off more. But when Margaux sent April’s felon ex after her, Emily and Ben showed up just in time to save the day. Apparently, this guy really wanted to hurt April for ratting him out years ago, but Ben apprehended him and handed him over to the local police.

Margaux then went after Jack (Nick Wechsler) — somehow, her private investigator persuaded the cops to pull him over for “drunk driving.” They even told Jack that he failed his field sobriety test with a .14 BAC. And when they took little Carl, who was in the backseat, into custody, Jack went berserk. Sadly, that just escalated the situation and he was shoved into the back of the police car.

It looks like Margaux will do whatever it takes to get revenge on Emily Thorne.
Natalie Throws A Massive Fourth Of July Party
Meanwhile, Natalie’s (Gina Torres) true colors were finally revealed after she tried to set David Clarke (James Tupper) up and make it look like he assaulted her at her Fourth of July party. However, earlier in the night, David found out that she first tried to romance Conrad before moving on to his father. When he confronted Natalie about it, she then confessed to starving Teddy Grayson until he was forced change his will and sign everything over to her. And just when I thought — please have a recorder in your pocket, David! — Victoria (Madeleine Stowe) walked in the room, claiming she heard the entire conversation and recorded it!

Louise (Elena Satine) and Lyman were also at Natalie’s Fourth of July party, but instead of him spending time with his sister and working on their relationship, as he said he wanted to do, Lyman was later caught trying to steal information from Nolan’s (Gabriel Mann) laptop! Louise caught him in the act and realized he was working for Margaux. (That dirty scoundrel!) When she ripped the USB drive away from him and ran outside to throw it off the cliff in Nolan’s backyard, Lyman slipped and fell to his death.
Later, when Nolan returned home, Louise kept Lyman’s death a secret and said he was knocked out drunk in the guest room. (Eek! We hope she didn’t drag his body up from the beach and tuck him in bed.)
