Faux fur has been one of this season’s biggest trends, and we are loving Vanessa’s take on it! The ‘Gigi’ star rocked a chic multi-colored faux fur coat while out in NYC on March 13 and we’ve got the deets on this trendy look.
Vanessa Hudgens, 26, is known for her never-failing fashion sense, and she rocked yet another memorable look in dashing chevron faux fur when she stepped out in NYC, turning the sidewalk into her very own runway. The weather may be warming up, but layering is still so important — and Vanessa did that effortlessly! Love her look? You’re in luck — we know just where you can get it! Vanessa Hudgens’ Faux Fur Coat — Shop Her Outfit:
We’re not just fan-girling over Vanessa’s coat, the entire styling of this look was great! She wore her Cynthia Vincent ‘Faux Fur Chubby Coat’ with a comfy, knit grey jacket, black skinny pants, and a pair of suede brown knee-high boots.
It was such a chic idea to bring out the colors in this fun, multicolored chevron piece by rocking it with grey, black, and brown. She also pulled the subtle move of finishing off her look with a pair of oversized tan sunglasses. We see what you did there, Vanessa! Sticking to neutrals let the coat really shine.
Because of the beautiful mix of colors, you can rock this statement piece with just about anything. It’s not too heavy, either. While faux fur looks super warm, it actually isn’t too heavy for transitioning into spring — it is great to sport while kissing the colder months goodbye!

Even though spring is rolling around, the fur trend isn’t going anywhere! An investment in the right piece can last you for years to come — we even saw fur and faux fur on the Spring 2015 runways. To get Vanessa’s patterned fur for less, you should totally go for Nasty Gal’s Glamorous Sass Master Faux Coat. It has the same shaggy chevron exterior as Vanessa’s, but this piece is under $90.
