‘The Voice’ season 8 blind auditions, March 2 were unbelievable and it was pretty awesome when Adam took the stage for his own fake audition.
Part three of The Voice Blind Auditions were incredibly impressive, we couldn’t believe how much talent took the stage. Sonic, who is deaf in her right ear got a standing ovation, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine battled it out numerous times and as usual Pharrell kept it cool.
‘The Voice’ Blind Auditions:
Kelsie May, 15 , Kentucky, “You’re Lookin’ At Country” and Blake used his wife Miranda Lambert as leverage, and she rightfully picked Blake.
Travis, Louisiana, Christina and Blake battled it out after he sang “Say My Name,” and then Pharrell came in and tried to seal the deal and he did!
Sonic admitted that she is deaf in her right ear but that hasn’t stopped her from pursuing her passion. She sang “Money On My Mind” and Adam, Christina both turned around. She ended up choosing Christina and it was so awesome because she genuinely seemed so happy to have her on her team.
New Orleans native and competitive swimmer, Ella Khorov, 17, told the story of how her mother’s battle with breast cancer taught her about overcoming anything. She sang “I Can’t Stand The Rain,” and unfortunately no one turned around.
Jacob, sang “Count On Me” and said himself that he would shock the judges with his voice and he did! Adam and Blake battled it out and for him but he ended up going with Blake which shocked everyone!
Barry, sang “Me & Mrs. Jones” and he killed it with his rendition. He even had Jay Leno send him a video message it was so cool. All of the judges had a lot of wonderful things to say about him and Adam was the only one who turned around at the very last second.
India, 21, Brooklyn sang “New York State of Mind,” and every single judge turned around and gave her a standing ovation. It was so emotional and we loved it. Christina was the first one to turn around
