How can ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ go on without its leading man?! Rumors have been swirling that Jamie Dornan would not be returning as Christian Grey in the rest of the raunchy BDSM franchise, but now a rep for the hunky star has spoken out and revealed the truth.

‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ — Jamie Dornan Quitting The Franchise? The Truth
Rejoice, Fifty Shades fans, a rep for the actor made sure to set the record straight following the major allegations, and revealed that the sequel for the major blockbuster hasn’t even been announced yet! “All press reports are pure conjecture as the studio has not committed to a sequel as yet,” a rep told E News.
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, the rumors started from Australian magazine NW who reported that Jamie’s wife was uncomfortable with the sexy scenes that he had to share with co-star, Dakota Johnson — we can totally understand that!
Luckily, it sounds like as of now Jamie is still our leading man with “very secular tastes!”
Jamie has been very open about his wife and his family’s hesitations about seeing the film. As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, at the London premiere on Feb. 13, he told the London Evening Standard “[My wife] hasn’t seen the film and I don’t think she will, to be honest,” he said. “I’d understand if she didn’t want to.”
“I think there’s some stuff where my family and friends will never have seen that side of me before,” Jamie told the publication. “But it wasn’t enough to make me not want to do it.”
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Jamie should return as Christian? If not, what actor do you think should take over the role? Let us know your thoughts below!
