The HONOR Fall 2015 fashion show on Feb. 12 showed us a girly, playful vibe. The headbands reminded us of Kerry Washington’s look at the 2014 SAG Awards!
Kerry Washington can pull off any hairstyle, including a headband, which we also saw on the HONOR Fall 2015 runway during New York Fashion Week on Feb. 12. Find out how you can rock the look and still look grown up and polished below.
HONOR Runway — Fall 2015 Show Is Feminine & Girly
Makeup artist Romy Soleimani used Kevyn Aucoin Beauty products courtesy of Beauty.com for the show. The look was flushed and gorgeous.
Here’s how to get the exact makeup:
She used Kevyn Aucoin The Primed Skin Developer and Kevyn Aucoin The Sensual Skin Enhancer for a flawless base on the face.
The subtle smokey eyes were created with Kevyn Aucoin The Eyeshadow Single in #101, Kevyn Aucoin The Loose Shimmer Shadow in Citrine, and by combining the Kevyn Aucoin The Essential Mascara and Kevyn Aucoin The Curling Mascara.
Kevyn Aucoin The Creamy Glow Duo #2 was used for the pretty pout.
Brows were groomed with the Kevyn Aucoin The Brow Gel Pencil, coming out in Summer 2015.
Hair By PHYTO
Hair was styled by James Pecis for Beauty.com using PHYTO products. Here’s the exact how to:
“Apply Phytovolume Actif Volumizing Spray from roots to ends, blow-drying through hair.
Add PHYTO PROFESSIONAL Intense Volume Mousse at the hairline to set any strays.
Using a large barrel iron, curl the hair and then clip in a roller set style for definition.
Once the hair comes out of the clips, the PHYTO PROFESSIONAL Intense Volume Mousse is used again for definition and smooth volume.
The top section of the hair is gathered back and stitched into place with elastic thread to create a smoother line.
Mist Phytolaque Soie Hairspray to finish and hold in place. Add headband and secure at the nape of the neck with a pin.”
