Bruce may be vindicated in the horrific car accident that took place Jan. 7 on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Even though he crashed into the car in front of him, a new report claims it might be another car that caused the pile up.
Bruce Jenner is at the center of a horrible tragedy but the reality star might not be charged with vehicular manslaughter. Bruce hit the back of Lexus while driving in near his Malibu home, Jan. 7, but it turns out that the car in front of the car Bruce hit had stopped short. An unidentified woman in a Prius stopped 300 feet from a red light on the Pacific Coast Highway and authorities think that this was what then caused the cars to all slam into one another.
Bruce Jenner May Not Be Responsible For Car Crash That Killed Woman
There was speculation that perhaps Bruce was speeding, texting or trying to outrun that paparazzi but TMZ claims that perhaps the woman driving the Prius was attempting to make an illegal U-turn. This is what would have caused the Lexus to crash into the Prius and then Bruce crashing into the Lexus.
The woman driving the Lexus was actually Bruce’s neighbor, Kim Howe, 69, and once Bruce hit her car she veered into oncoming traffic and was hit by an oncoming Hummer. Kim died at the scene.
We told you that Bruce was cooperating with authorities and he even performed a field sobriety test on the scene and went to the hospital and did a blood exam.
