Suge Knight has been charged with murder and other counts in a fatal hit and run which killed his friend, Terry Carter. If convicted, Suge will likely be sentenced to jail for life.
Suge Knight was charged with murder, attempted murder and other counts on Feb. 2. After allegedly using his pickup truck to run over two men, resulting in the death of Terry Carter, the rap mogul is being held without bail at the Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles.

Deputies obtained video of the incident which shows the fight that broke out between Suge, 49, and the two men. Sources tell the site that the videotape strengthens the case against Suge.
Suge’s bail was originally set at $2 million, but he is now being held without bail due to several factors. His flight risk status, use of a deadly weapon and his criminal past make this a third strike case, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Suge will be brought before a court on Feb. 3. If convicted, Suge could go to prison for life.

Suge’s longtime feud with former business partner Dr. Dre reportedly set off the deadly incident. Suge allegedly visited Dr. Dre’s Compton set to squash the feud, but was jumped by two men in Dr. Dre’s entourage.
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Terry allegedly called Suge to say that Dr. Dre wanted to meet to work though their problems, but was jumped before he could get out of his vehicle. This allegedly is what caused Suge to intentionally run over Terry and Cle “Bone” Sloan.
