Suge Knight’s visit to a Compton set on Jan. 29 turned deadly, but the rap mogul’s alleged intentions were to squash his longtime feud with Dr. Dre — nothing more — a new report claims. Suge, however, is now currently sitting in jail on suspicion of murder.
Suge Knight‘s longtime feud with Dr. Dre allegedly sparked the fatal hit and run on Jan. 29, which has since landed the rap mogul in jail on suspicion of murder. While Suge’s alleged mission was to squash their feud when he visited the Compton set, he believes he was set up because Dr. Dre’s entourage allegedly jumped him as soon as he got there. This, according to a new report, is what led to Suge running over and allegedly killing actor Terry Carter.
Suge Knight Murder — Hit And Run Death Sparked By Dr. Dre Fight?
Before the fatal collision, Suge had reportedly gone to another location where a commercial was being filmed, according to TMZ. There, he allegedly got into a physical altercation with Dr. Dre’s security and they asked him to leave the premises.
Later on, Terry Carter allegedly called Suge and said Dr. Dre wanted him to meet them at their next location, where they could work out their problems. But when Suge arrived, he allegedly got jumped before he could even get out of his vehicle, a source told TMZ.
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Suge then allegedly ran over Terry’s head with his vehicle and killed him.

The rap mogul is currently sitting in jail after being arrested on suspicion of murder. His bail is set at $2 million.
Dr. Dre and Suge Knight both owned Death Row Records, but their partnership fell apart. Dr. Dre left the business and went to Interscope Records.
