Back in October, Teresa and her husband, Joe Giudice, were both sentenced to jail time after pleading guilty to 41 various counts of fraud. The charges ranged from engaging in bank, mail and wire bankruptcy fraud.
Teresa is currently in the midst of serving what was originally 15 months, but the mandated sentence has been reduced slightly, setting he release date for Feb. 5, 2016.
Once her sentence is complete, Joe will begin his 41 month sentence in federal prison.
