Kim K has accidentally flashed her underwear before, so she avoided the issue entirely by not wearing any!
She wore a Cushnie Et Ochs Cotton Viscose Knit Dress that features lace-lattice work on the bodice of the slinky number, and waffle knit band around the hem of the skirt. The dress also has perforated detailed panels on the hips, leaving very little room for underwear to be worn. Hey Kim, we’re not judging!
The plunging neckline reached nearly to her belly button and she proudly flaunted her cleavage, though she did cover up with an army green jacket in front of her as she exited the the restaurant.
