Justin Bieber has one hot body — and he knows it — but he wants to get even bigger! The “Baby” singer’s trainer, Patrick Nillson, spoke with HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY and revealed how much weight Justin put on for his Calvin Klein campaign and how much more he wants to gain!

“Justin has put on 20 pounds of muscle and he’s still working on it. It’s a work in progress. We want to put on at least 15 more pounds — he’s going to get even bigger. That’s the plan,” Patrick told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

When we asked Patrick if Justin’s satisfied with his new look, and he said it’s all subjective.
“For most people that are trying to get bigger, it can be almost like a reverse anorexia where you just feel like you’re always skinny, so he’s definitely determined to put on more weight, but it’s not in an unhealthy way,” Patrick also says.
After the release of his Calvin Klein campaign, Justin revealed his workout routine. “I work out with my trainer, Patrick Nilsson, five days a week for about 45 minutes each,” he told Us Weekly. “We do three day splits: back and triceps one day, chest and biceps on day two, shoulder and legs on day three, and abs every other day.”
And while he watches what he eats, he does tend to splurge from time to time.
“I’m not on a special diet, but I do try to watch what I eat,” he said. “I do eat unhealthy sometimes — I am a 20-year-old guy!”
