Niall Horan Spreads Holiday Cheer At Dublin Children’s Hospital

So heartwarming -- Niall Horan paid a visit to a children's hospital in Dubin on Dec. 23. The 1D cutie made dreams come true when he hung out with many unfortunately sick kids. He put "huge smiles" on their faces -- check out the adorable pics! Niall Horan, 21, is not only super talented and good-looking, but he has a heart of gold. His hospital visit made this a "Christmas to be remembered" for many sick kids.

Niall Horan’s Children’s Hospital Visit

On Dec. 23, just two days before Christmas, Niall stopped by Crumlin Hospital in Dublin to brighten up the day.

The children’s medical research facility released this statement on their Facebook about Niall’s kind act:

For our patients it was a dream come true to meet the one and only Niall Horan today. We’d like to say a huge thank you to Niall for visiting Crumlin Hospital and for putting huge smiles on all our patient’s faces. You’ve really made this a Christmas to be remembered.

Niall is truly an inspiring fella — love him!

One Direction & Jimmy Fallon’s ‘Santa Claus Is Coming To Town’ — Watch

Niall also spread holiday cheer a day before on Jimmy Fallon! On Monday night, 1D surprised Jimmy Fallon’s audience by showing up inside his music room for a fun rendition of “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.” As usual, Jimmy’s house band The Roots were also in on the jam session!

Niall and Harry sandwiched Jimmy in the front, with each playing their on instruments — a banana and the drums, respectively. Zayn, Liam, and Louis took the second row, but it appears as if Liam is the only one playing an instrument!
