A Raider’s player made sure one lucky little lady is having a very happy holiday this year, giving a week’s worth of his NFL pay to a 4-year-old fan!
Menelik Watson, 26, just made one little fan’s Christmas extra special! When four-year-old Ava Urrea visited the team on Dec. 22, the story of her life-threatening heart condition touched the player so much that he gave his entire game check to her family to make sure her season was bright — on his own birthday!

Menelik celebrated his 26th birthday by doing a great holiday deed for a sick little girl with a big spirit on Dec. 22. Ava, who was born with a partially developed heart, touched the offensive lineman so much that he was compelled to give her a week’s worth of his football earnings!
Ava visited the Raiders as part of Jay Glazer‘s Touchdown Dreams initiative, where terminally ill children get a chance to have real face-to-face time with their favorite team’s players.
Oakland went above and beyond for little Ava, whose heart condition has already put her through 14 procedures in her 4 short years. The team made her captain for the day, showering her with gifts during a lunch with the whole team and even prime game tickets. So sweet!

But Menelik’s act of selflessness took Ava’s experience to the next level.
So touched by the little girl’s plight, the offensive lineman walked over to her father and presented him with a week’s worth of his NFL salary — a healthy sum to say the very least!
Amazing! What do you think of Menelik’s gesture, Hollywoodlifers?
