The former Creed frontman has lost custody of his three children, according to a new report from TMZ.
The judge ruled that Scott is also not allowed to stay in the family’s home, which is reserved for Jaclyn and the children. The ruling never specified whether or not Scott gets any visitation rights, though it doesn’t seem likely that he will be granted any.
Even though the singer recently claimed to be sober while recording an emotional message to his children about living in the Holiday Inn, Jaclyn does not seem to think Scott’s mental state is intact.
Jaclyn reportedly asked that Scott be committed to a psychiatric hospital for 60 days, claiming that he’s actively using a variety of drugs.

Scott allegedly sent some confusing and scary texts amidst the divorce, one where he threatened to kill his wife and children.
“Florida is not safe. Biological weapons on the way,” he reportedly said. “U have to leave with kids and meet me in Atlanta.’
The second text was more intense. “I’m coming to get you Satan and children. No mercy. You know how this ends. God created you and now God is ending you.”
Scott denied that he sent any of these texts and claims he is not on drugs.
