We may have to wait a bit longer before the former No Doubt rocker releases her third solo album, but she’s been keeping her fans excited by releasing hot new tracks! Her most recent is ‘Spark The Fire’ and you can listen to it here!
Gwen Stefani has been hosting The Voice this season, but that hasn’t stopped her from focusing on her music career! She recently released a video for “Baby Don’t Lie,” her first single in years, and she’s following that up with another feel good track. Listen to Gwen’s new song, titled “Spark The Fire,” here!
Gwen Stefani’s ‘Spark The Fire’ — New Song Released Ahead Of Third Solo Album
Gwen’s new single was produced by Pharrell Williams, which pretty much guarantees it’ll be a hit!
Before the song’s release, the producer gave us a sneak peak of “Spark The Fire” during his performance at the Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival on Nov. 8. We were in love with it then, so we’re excited that the full version has finally been released.
If you’re a fan of the sassy, girl fighting, “Holla Back” Gwen, we’ve all come to know and love, then you will definitely love this song!
This single is such a reflection of Gwen’s funky album artwork, which shows the singer wearing a cloud shirt with miscellaneous cartoons behind her, including pills. And since the song begins with the lyrics, “I’m coming down, ooh I had a blast”, we think it’s pretty appropriate.
Gwen Stefani: Releasing New Solo Album After 8 Years
Can you believe it’s been eight years since Gwen’s last album, The Sweet Escape, was released?
Similar to Fergie, Gwen took some time off to focus on her family, but like Gwen says in her lyrics, “OMG, OMG I’m back again, original feel-good is what I defend,” and we hope she’s here to stay!
Gwen is the ultimate cool girl and she definitely sparked the fire with this upbeat song. Do you love her new single, HollywoodLifers?
