Filming for Joe Dirt 2 has begun, and David Spade has taken to Instagram to prove that he looks as good as ever with a mullet and extreme facial hair. ‘Joe Dirt 2’: David Spade Teases Start Of Production On Sequel
The comedian also teased the start of production in Louisiana by posting a photo of his dog laying in bed on Nov. 16.
“Here is me laying in bed thinking about the first day of shooting tomorrow. And snausages. #scared,” he captioned the shot.
We have to admit — we’re a bit surprised a sequel is even being made. The original film, released in 2001, made an estimated $30 million from a $17.7 million budget. Perhaps the sequel, which will hit theaters sometime next year, will draw a bigger crowd to the theaters!
