It’s been more than a decade since Garth Brooks has made music! But now, after 13 years of retirement, the country icon is making a killer comeback with the Nov. 11. release of his new album, ‘Man Against Machine!’
Garth fans finally have new music to listen to! It’s been 13 years since the music legend has made an album, but after listening to Man Against Machine we definitely think it was worth the long wait!
Garth Brooks: Releasing First Album In 13 Years
Garth Brooks, 52, is finally back! We cannot contain our excitement that the Grammy Award-winning artist is making the ultimate comeback with his first studio album since 2001.
Similar to his earlier albums, in Man Against Machine, Garth continues to write about the middle class experience, rodeos and cowboys.
Clearly, the Country Music Hall of Famer has not lost his ability to write honestly about the topics that speak to his loyal fans!
Although we totally understand that Garth stepped out of the spotlight to focus on his family, we are so elated that the Oklahoma native is back in the game!
Garth Brooks & Jason Aldean Join Forces
While Garth’s song writing seems to have mostly stayed the same, he says his sounds has naturally changed since 2001. The country crooner credits a younger artist, Jason Aldean, 37, as a musical influence.
“Jason brought in the (big) guitars,” Garth tells USA TODAY. “We’ve always had them there, underlying, but he just stuck them right there in your face. It was cool to see the work of guys who came after you being the reason you could get away with stuff today.”
Jason, who just released a new album on Nov. 5, wowed us with an epic performance at the 48th Annual CMA Awards. He performed his hit single ‘Burnin’ It Down’ from his latest LP, “Old Boots, New Dirt.”
We can only hope that Garth and Jason take their bromance to a whole new level and release a duet!
