Porsha Williams’ Spinoff — Is ‘RHOA’ Star Getting Her Own Show?
As it turns out, no. No, television is not ready for that much Porsha. At least, Bravo certainly isn’t.
The rumors that Porsha is getting her own show are absolutely not true, a source close to the situation reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Porsha Williams Was Not Demoted Over Reunion Fight With Kenya Moore
When the casting news was revealed in October, Porsha was totally “blindsided” by the news, as she revealed in a statement at the time.
Contrary to popular belief, Porsha was not demoted because of her huge, hair-pulling, blowout fight with Kenya Moore at the Season 6 reunion; there simply wasn’t enough story there. At least, that’s what Bravo head honcho Andy Cohen had to say on his webseries, Ask Andy. “We went into it assuming she would be a full Housewife, holding a peach. We just haven’t gotten enough to merit that. She’s going to be in it a lot. We love her. I hope she’ll be on Bravo endlessly.”
But… just not on her own show.
Season 7 of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta premieres Nov. 9 at 8pm ET on Bravo. Be sure to tune in!
