‘The Flash’ Season 1: Romances Between Characters Revealed In Premiere
Get ready for some romances on The Flash! Candice, who plays Iris West on the show, spilled all to HollywoodLife.com about her character — and a potential romance!
“She’s Barry Allen’s best friend slash potential love interest on the show,” she told us. Considering Barry is a superhero, will he have time for romance?
Rick, who plays Eddie Thawne on the show, said to expect the unexpected. When it comes to romances, he says, “You can look forward to a whole lot of secrets. Yes, but I’m not going to say who, what, where, when or why!”
Grant, who plays Barry Allen/The Flash, spilled so much about what’s going to happen! “Yes,” he said about potential love interests. “It will be something that Barry won’t be able to explore too much right now because he’s got too many other things on his plate that are gonna have to come before his love life.”
So exciting! We can’t wait to see what happens. Danielle, who plays Dr. Caitlin Snow, also told us a bit about her sad story line on the show. “Well, when the show starts my character is in mourning. She has a fiancé who was a scientist who she loved very much. He passed away in the particle accelerator,” she explained. “So she’s still recovering from that. She still wears their engagement ring. It’s a little bit of tragedy.”
While her character is sad when the show begins, she’d love a love interest later in the show! “Hopefully, I’m not the right person to ask for that but that would be fun!”
