The star struck the perfect balance between edgy and chic in her long-sleeved J. Mendel mini as she rocked the red carpet, putting her legs on full display. Did you love her look?
Kristen Stewart, thank you so much for making my fashion week dreams come true. The second I saw the J. Mendel Spring 2015 collection come down the runway I knew it would be perfect for the 24-year-old actress. Not only does she have an affinity for minis and doesn’t shy away from prints, but the edgy vibe was so in-tune with her red carpet style — and that proved to be the case as she stepped out for the NYC premiere of Camp X-Ray at the Crosby Street Hotel on Oct. 6, clad in a mini from the collection.
Kristen Stewart’s ‘Camp X-Ray’ Premiere Dress In NYC:
Kristen paired the black, mint, and red embroidered dress, (which featured micro-beaded detailing), with pointy pumps, keeping her accessories to a minimum, (which is so signature KStew). Over the past couple of years the star has really started to experiment with her makeup, complimenting her edgy looks with fashion-forward colors and trends — and it totally worked here, too! Not only did her shimmering green shadow take the look to the next level, but it made her blue eyes pop.
Her cropped ‘do was tousled in a messy style, which was perfect for the get-up — had she sported sleek hair it would’ve looked she was trying too hard.
While the star may be the face of Chanel’s line, she has worn J. Mendel a slew of times on the red carpet — and I think it was an excellent choice for the NYC screening.
Do you agree? Are you loving this look on Kristen?
