The plot thickens — French Montana, 29, was allegedly texting Khloe Kardashian‘s best friend, Malika Haqq, 31, while he was dating the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, a new report suggests. Apparently, the two had a secret “texting relationship,” which reportedly led Khloe, 30, to dump the rapper once she found out.

“Khloe broke into [French’s] phone and saw him sending all kinds of inappropriate texts to her girl [Malika]. She blacked out on dude, and that’s why they broke up,” a source told MediaTakeOut.com.
We totally understand dumping someone over secret text messages with a BFF, but where does that leave Khloe’s relationship with Malika?

Well, it seems like nothing can tear these two friends apart.
“Khloe has been down with Malika since forever. They have the kind of friendship that even if Malika was f***ing Khloe’s man, they’d still be friends,” the insider added. “Besides, I don’t think Khloe was into [French Montana] like that.”
And we don’t know that Malika ever did anything with French beyond receive his texts.
We suppose this is a case of sisters before misters.
