Selena was with Justin when he collided with a minivan, while riding an ATV, Aug. 29, in Canada and now HollywoodLife.com has the inside scoop on whether Selena has had enough of Justin’s legal drama!
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, have been through it all but this latest incident, tops them all! Justin and a photographer got into an alleged physical altercation and one of Justin’s attorney’s, Brian H. Greenspan, said confirmed that Selena was there at the time Justin was arrested. They were having a relaxing Labor Day weekend and we feel just horrible that it had to end this way. But we know what’s next for this on-and-off couple.

Let’s be real for a second, this is the third time that Justin has been arrested in Canada!
HollywoodLife.com spoke to Justin’s lawyer, Roy Black, who tells us that it’s unlikely Justin will be placed on probation after his arrest and he totally blames the paparazzi for chasing him.
The latest matter will not affect his Miami case since it is closed and he is not on probation. Justin, like many celebrities, are continually harassed by the paparazzi. Their privacy is shredded and these incidents can become dangerous. While the public is not particularly sympathetic, they must realize how difficult these cameramen make their lives. So I am not surprised there is a conflict. It happens quite often and as long as the paparazzi are highly paid for their photographs they will continue. This is one reason I would not agree to probation.
Selena — Will She Stay With Justin After His Arrest?
Selena and Justin have had quite a bumpy road. They have gone through multiple breakups and Justin has also had several legal problems. Most recently, he was arrested for a DUI, in January 2014, but he wasn’t dating Selena at the time.
