The first photos of Angelina Jolie’s stunning wedding gown have been revealed, and in a very unique twist both the gown and veil are filled with drawings made by all 6 of her children. How sweet!
Angelina Jolie, 39, was an absolute vision on when he finally walked down the aisle to Brad Pitt, 50. As per usual, the couple put all 6 of their children first — Maddox, 13, Pax, 10, Zahara, 9, Shiloh, 8, Vivienne and Knox, 6 — and Angie worked closely with a designer to make sure drawings by the children were a colorful feature on her otherwise classic and elegant wedding look.
Angelina Jolie Has Kids Drawings Embroidered On Her Wedding Veil
This wedding gown is truly a beautiful site, especially with the colorful details covering the back which were a personal touch from her own children.
Angie worked closely with Luigi Massi of Atelier Versace to create the perfect wedding gown and veil, which is covered in artwork handdrawn by Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and the twins Vivienne and Knox.
“Luigi is like family to me and I couldn’t imagine anyone else making this dress,” Angelina told People magazine. “He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together.”
The close-up shot of Angie’s gown and veil on the cover of Hello magazine reveals a much clearer look at at the drawings, including all of the different colors, shapes, and sizes.
A few of the drawings that can be seen are of flowers, music notes, a plane, monkeys, and even “family” drawing which appear to show the Jolie-Pitt family in stick figure form.
It is no surprise Angelina included her children’s brilliant creativity on her wedding gown, especially since it was all 6 children that finally convinced her and Brad to stop procrastinating and tie the knot already. So sweet!
