Luckily for us, Nicole, who is currently in the process of putting the final touches on her New Jersey mansion, tells mom-to-be’s everywhere, how to be the best version of yourself while pregnant.
“It’s really all about eating healthy and sticking to the nutritious, healthy diet,” she told us. “Just because your pregnant doesn’t give you the excuse to eat like crap … only sometimes. Working out is definitely helping me keep my muscles but I would say mostly eating healthy keeps your pregnancy very fit and healthy.”
Snooki: Her Pregnancy Meal Plan Revealed
We spoke to Snooki’s trainer, Anthony Michael from Florham Park Fitness in New Jersey, who tells us exactly what she eats during the week!
*One hour before your first meal have about 100-200 MG of caffeine, then do some low impact aerobic activity for 30 to 45 minutes.
One scoop protein powder
1/2 cup pasteurized egg whites
frozen or fresh blueberries
4 ounces chicken breast or lean fish
1/4 cup brown rice
side baby spinach and lettuce with spicy salsa and balsamic vinegar
Snack (only if you’ve worked out again):
2 scoops whey protein
1/2 cup ice
4 oz salmon or fish of choice.
on bed of liberal amounts of baby spinach and lettuce
Tablespoon flax oil and balsamic vinegar
calcium magnesium supplement
One Serving of previously unflavored Greek yogurt
pinch of crystal lite for flavor
Add extra scoop of protein powder on leg days
