Um, what? A woman is not only claiming that Beyonce used her as a surrogate, but now she has filed a lawsuit to gain custody of Blue Ivy. Yes, really.
Beyonce, 32, has a new headache — a lawsuit from a woman named Tina Seals. The woman is hoping the lawsuit will result in her receiving full custody of Blue Ivy Carter, 2, and being declared the maternal mother of Beyonce and Jay Z’s child. This is pretty bizarre!
Beyonce Being Sued By Alleged Surrogate, Woman Wants Custody Of Blue Ivy
And now in the world’s weirdest news… a woman claims that Beyonce did not carry or give birth to her daughter, Blue.
Yes, you read that correctly. The woman, named Tina, filed a federal court lawsuit against Beyonce in New York, NY on Thursday, Aug. 14, reports Media Take Out.
Beyonce’s Alleged Surrogate Could Gain Custody Of Blue Ivy, Says Expert
While Beyonce’s lawyers have yet to respond, it has been reported that Tina’s lawsuit specifically states that she is the biological mother of Blue Ivy. She wants a judge to declare her her maternal rights and then provide her with full custody of the little girl.
This is totally bizarre for more than one reason. First and foremost, let’s point out that Blue Ivy is the spitting image of her parents, Beyonce and Jay Z.
Oh, and then of course there is the video of Beyonce’s bare baby bump, followed by footage of Beyonce holding a newborn baby Blue in a hospital room.
Yeah, we’re not buying what you’re selling, Tina!
Tina Has A History Of Suing Celebrity Women
Another report that has been released alleges that Tina, the woman suing Beyonce, has previously tried to sue other celebrity moms for very similar situations.
Who do those celebrities include, you ask? How about Kate Middleton and Mariah Carey, for starters.
Here’s the kicker: Tina also once tried to sue the U.S. Government for $5 million, reports The Hollywood Gossip.
Hopefully Beyonce and Jay Z have this ridiculous lawsuit dismissed immediately!
