To use the leg/knee raise machine that Bella is using, you stand and put your hands on the handles. Your arms will be resting on pads. Using your ab muscles, pull your knees toward your chest. It’s like a reverse crunch — so good for your stomach muscles!
Bella looked adorable in the pic — with no makeup and her air dried hair down. Bella and Olivia were both wearing sports bras and cute, colorful sneakers.

“Beginners can do 10-15 reps while advanced trainees should aim for 15-20 reps. Knee raises are much easier than straight leg raises. If people want to make it more difficult, try lifting your legs while they are straight out. I would recommend people do the exercise 2-3/week as part of a total body program and with a sound diet.”
