Hilary Duff At TCA — Tousled Bob: Get The Exact Look
Marcus Francis, Suave Professionals Celebrity Stylist, created the look for Hilary. He told HollywoodLife.com: “Hilary and I have done many different hairstyles but last night was the first red (in this case, blue) carpet event where she debuted her short haircut, so having it down naturally was the best option.
We both wanted the texture to feel lived in and not so perfect, and the recent Gucci campaign gave us the direction for a perfectly undone, yet polished look for Hilary.”
Here’s how to get the exact look:
“On damp hair, use Suave Professionals Volumizing Root Boost Spray at the roots, while applying Suave Professionals Natural Infusion Strengthening Leave-in Cream with Awapuhi Ginger from mid shaft to ends. Blow dry with a paddle brush to keep the ends straight and from rounding under.
Make a center part and lightly tease the crown for a little extra height.
Take small sections of hair and using a flat iron, bend hair from side to side to form an “S” wave randomly throughout.
Then, using a 3/4 inch curling iron, wrap hair once around the iron to make subtle bends. This will give natural and effortless movement for a more modern, beachy feel. Bend pieces in the front away from the face and shake out hair to break up and blend the texture.
Spray hair with Suave Professionals Touchable Finish Lightweight Hold Hairspray to finish the look.”
