In honor of the epic ‘Drake vs. Lil Wayne’ tour kicking off on August 8, the duo released a new joint song — listen to ‘Grindin’!

Drake, 27, may be currently embroiled in a little dramarama following his comparison of ex Rihanna, 26, to the devil, but that doesn’t mean his hustle has slowed down any. The Drake vs. Lil Wayne tour kicks off August 8, and in celebration, Drake and Lil Wayne, 31, released “Grindin” — listen to it right here!

Lil Wayne & Drake Song ‘Grindin’ — Performers Release Their New Track

The song is as profanity-laden as Wayne’s ventures ever are, and we love it (and him) for it. Drake is not too shy, either, rapping the following on his verse:

“I got a new vision for all my sh*t
I don’t know what to call that sh*t
I know, I’m selling all of my cars
I’m selling all of my watches
I’m selling diamonds and all of that sh*t
Realized I don’t need that sh*t
I’m a different breed with this sh*t
I’m tryna turn M’s to B’s in this sh*t
And I ain’t ever pay to be with no b*tch”

Now, now, Drake. Do you kiss Rihanna with that mouth? Wait…

Just kidding.

Anyway, “Grindin” is a pretty good jam, but we’re not sure that it’s our favorite Drake/Wayne collaboration. We’re a bit more partial to “Believe Me,” released this past May.

‘Drake vs. Lil Wayne’ Tour Kicks Off August 8 & Wraps September 27

“Grindin” will feature on Lil Wayne’s upcoming Tha Carter V, set to release August 25 — hopefully. By Wayne’s own admission, he’s not great with dates.

The Drake vs. Lil Wayne tour, as mentioned above, kicks off in Buffalo on August 8 and wraps on September 27 in Houston.

So, HollywoodLifers, what do you think about “Grindin”? Love it? Hate it? Will you be catching the Drake vs. Lil Wayne tour? Let us know!
