In the “Flawless” remix, Beyonce, 32, sings about the “sh*t” that “goes down” in an elevator. While fans are ecstatic over the fact that Nicki Minaj, 31, joins pop music’s reigning diva on the track, some Twitter users are wondering if Beyonce’s mention of the elevator fight supports a theory that her and Jay Z’s marriage is one big business deal.
While rumors run rampant that her marriage is on the rocks, Beyonce appears to have timed the release of this new track quite perfectly. (Maybe too perfectly?)
Aside from the statement released in May, this is the first time that Beyonce is addressing the now-infamous elevator brawl, in which her sister Solange kicked and attacked Jay Z, 44, during a Met Gala after-party at the Standard Hotel in New York City on May 5.
Either Beyonce is just using her craft to release some pent up feelings, or this new track may have been strategically planned.
Fans on Twitter believe that Beyonce and Jay Z are trying to capitalize off the elevator fight and their marriage is one big business deal. See what they’re saying:

I really respect Beyoncé as a business woman. She consistently puts out gay club hits and grabs others thru songs bout her marriage.

I have always felt that Jay and Beyonce’s marriage was a business arrangement like MJ and Presley — Peoples Rodriguez (@DanTresOmi) August 4, 2014
One Twitter user even suggested that while Jay Z and Solange were fighting, Beyonce was already trying to figure out how to profit off the altercation.
The whole time Beyonce was on mute in that elevator she was coming up with her verse #FlawlessRemix

It’s also been reported that the duo will split when their On The Run tour ends in mid-September. Apparently, too much money would be lost if they split before then.
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Is Beyonce and Jay Z’s marriage a business?
