‘Family Guy’: First Look At Hilarious Crossover Episode With ‘The Simpsons’
The crossover episode between the two shows, called The Simpsons Guy, will feature the Griffins and the Simpsons going head-to-head. A 5-minute look at the special was unveiled at Comic-Con and now you can watch it for yourself!
The Griffins get lost and wind up in Springfield for a hilarious rendezvous with The Simpsons. Family Guy patriarch Peter Griffin is unsure of the Springfield residents because they all look like they have hepatitis.
The Griffin family runs into Homer Simpson, who treats Peter to yummy donuts. “I think you and I are going to get along just OK,” Bart says in the clip.
Homer and Peter seem to form a long-lasting friendship, until a disagreement over Pawtucket Patriot Ale and Duff Beer severs it forever. What results is an brutal fight between them spanning all over Springfield.
In addition, Bart, Stewie and Brian get along just fine as they make prank calls around town. Now that’s a trio!
The Family Guy/The Simpsons crossover episode will kick off their respective seasons on Sept. 28 at 9 PM ET.
