First Wonder Woman Poster From ‘Batman V Superman’ Revealed At Comic-Con
Fans have been counting down the moments to see the first Wonder Woman image since Gal was cast as the iconic hero in December 2013. The moment is finally here! Batman v Superman director Zack Snyder, 48, showed off the first image at Comic-Con and also tweeted it.
In the photo, we see Wonder Woman in a spinoff of her signature gear. Her ensemble is bronze-colored and she stands amidst volcanos, ready to take on anything that comes her way. We LOVE this photo of Wonder Woman — do you?
On top of the photo reveal, reports also say that Ben Affleck, who plays Batman in the flick, and Henry Cavill, who plays Superman, both showed up to the film’s Comic-Con panel in San Diego, California. The first footage from the flick was revealed! What a major treat for the audience!
Variety describes the footage that was played for the stunned crowd. “Superman’s red eyes stared down Batman’s phosphorescent white ones in the first look video from Warner Bros. Batman, played by Ben Affleck, unveiled his newest night sky bat sign, and as the camera moved, Superman, played by Henry Cavill hovered in its way, frothing and red eyes ablaze,” they explain.
