The bride wore…pink! Behati wed one of the sexiest men alive while rocking a beautiful, blush pink embroidered Marchesa gown that was custom-made for the big day — what a gorgeous choice.
Behati Prinsloo, 25, is the luckiest girl in the world. Not only did she just get married to one of the sexiest man ever, Adam Levine, but she also had her wedding dress custom-made by famed fashion house Marchesa. The model selected a custom-made, blush pink creation for the nuptials, which took place on July 19 at Flora Farms in Los Cabos, Mexico, in front of their families and their famous friends.
Behati Prinsloo’s Wedding Dress — Dons Pink Gown By Marchesa:
Prinsloo’s gown was created by famed fashion house Marchesa. She collaborated with the designers of the brand, Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig on the stunning, one-of-a-kind dress.
“She was inspired by a runway dress from fall 2011,” a representative for Marchesa told PEOPLE.
The result? A very special, blush pink, hand embroidered creation — we love how she opted for something different for the big day.
Behati Prinsloo’s Wedding Gown Inspiration:
While we have yet to get a glimpse of the finished result, the dress she was inspired by from the Fall 2011 Marchesa collection featured long sleeves and nude and transparent hues, while white flower embellishments decorated the long train.
Prinsloo’s actual dress design “had a sleeker silhouette with thin spaghetti straps made of silk and a low back. The bride capped off her look with a floor-length white silk tulle veil,” People reported. Wow! That sounds breathtaking.
Behati complimented her custom-made gown with a pair of Christian Louboutin ‘Valnina’ heels, which were featured on the runway of the Marchesa Spring 2014 show. Prinsloo had the heels custom-made in white suede.
What do you think of Behati’s wedding dress? Are you excited to see it?
