Kim lost her baby weight through a combination of healthy eating and lots of exercise. According to Fox news, Kim’s exercise routine included a lot of Pilates Plus classes and Barry’s Bootcamp.
She also cut out all carbs via the Atkins diet in order to speed up the weight loss process! Joey Gonzales, a founding member of Barry’s Bootcamp, told Fox News magazine about the different leg and butt workouts he has his clients do. “At Barry’s Bootcamp, we love our Booty Band. Strap them on, get on all fours and focus on one leg at a time. Kick back the right leg as you squeeze the glut for one minute. Then raise that same knee up to the side and complete one minute of side hydrant kicks. Repeat on the left side.”

Kim also works out with well-known personal trainer Gunnar Peterson, who shared some of Kim’s exercises with Self magazine.
Try the Waist Cincher that Gunnar shared with Self: “Start in side plank, resting on left forearm with legs stacked, hips lifted; hold a weight in right hand, elbow bent 90 degrees, to start (as shown). Maintain plank as you rotate torso forward, bringing weight to left armpit. Return to start for 1 rep. Do 8 reps. Switch sides; repeat.”
