‘Orange Is The New Black’ Canceled: One Terrible Joke
After Netflix’s monster hit returned for season two, everyone was over the moon when it was announced OITNB would return for another season.
However, Empire News reported that Orange is the New Black had been “permanently cancelled” and cited CEO Reed Hastings as a source.
“We regret to inform Netflix members that Orange is the New Black has been permanently cancelled,” the post read.”Also, starting September 1st, 2014, past episodes will no longer be available for streaming on Netflix.”
“Empire News is a satirical and entertainment website. We only use invented names in all our stories, except in cases when public figures are being satirized. Any other use of real names is accidental and coincidental.”
Well, one thing is for sure. We are definitely giving Empire News crazy eyes right now. We are so glad Orange is the New Black has not been canceled and we will get to see another season at Litchfield!
