Robin Thicke, 37, has been taking his heartache public lately and isn’t ashamed to admit that he really screwed up. Robin Thicke Tells Paula Patton He Misses Her At BET Awards
Cue the water works! Robin Thicke wasn’t joking with the message at the end of his music video “Get Her Back,” when a text appeared on screen, “This is just the beginning.”
The “Blurred Lines” singer took to his piano and introduced his song, but first he made another public attempt to show estranged wife Paula that he isn’t giving up. “Good evening, my name is Robin Thicke. I’d like to dedicate this song to my wife, and say, ‘I miss you, and I’m sorry.’ This is called ‘Forever Love.'”
Robin continued with the ballad and belted out his heartache with lyrics: “If you ever doubt it now, baby, I will be there picking you up. You can lean on me any time, baby, for anything you want and need … Every day I will believe that you and I are meant to be; you’re my forever love.”
At the end of the performance, an old picture of the married couple flashed on the jumbo screen behind him on stage, with the illuminated graphic “PAULA” written in gigantic letters.

Fans and other musicians were taken aback by Robin’s performance. One audience member said the singer’s emotional state was the talk of the show. “Robin appeared to be crying during and after his performance,” the observer told Us Weekly.
Robin, Robin, Robin. Shouldn’t you be handling this out of the public eye? Although you can’t help but feel bad for this guy; he knows he messed up and is clearly trying to get her back at all costs, even writing an entire album for her. But we have to wonder how Paula feels about all this pressure.
What do you think, HollywoodLifers, is Robin honestly sorry for his mistakes? Or is he making them worse with these constant public declarations? Let us know!
