In honor of the 100th episode of ‘Pretty Little Liars,’ Shay Mitchell told ABC Family some of her favorite fashion moments from the show thus far. There were lots to choose from, and she did a great job narrowing it down to the most stylish ensembles! Which is YOUR favorite?
If you’re an avid fan of Pretty Little Liars, you know that there’s never a dull moment on the show! There are constant surprises and plot twists, causing millions of fans to eagerly tune in every week. Just as exciting as the drama on the show, is the ever-developing style of the characters. Each leading lady has a very different flair for fashion, and we enjoyed seeing which looks Shay Mitchell loved most!
Shay Mitchell On ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Fashion: Her Favorite Outfits From The Show
One of Shay’s favorite fashionable memories occurred early on in the show! In the second season, the four girls participated in the Rosewood Charity Fashion Show, during which each girl donned multiple stunning outfits.
We loved their last looks in the fashion show best, as all of them were in amazing Alexander McQueen dresses! Each of the dresses seemed to fit the girls’ very different styles. We loved all of the looks, but our favorite was Spencer’s (Troian Bellisario)! She rocked a black beaded dress that featured feathers on the skirt and a plunging neckline. Of course, the look was much more glamorous than Spencer’s usual J.Crew style, but it was an absolutely timeless gown, and we loved it!
Another time that the cast got to have fun with fashion was in Season 3, when the girls attended a Halloween party, and of course, got to wear the most perfect costumes! We adored Hanna (Ashley Benson) as Marilyn Monroe! She totally glowed with her white dress, blond curls and red lips.
The dress showed a hint of cleavage while still being appropriate, and the pleated skirt truly looked like it was from a different decade. The Marilyn costume was much more classic than Hanna’s day-to-day trendy style, but she looked fabulous and totally pulled the look off!
Over the past four seasons, we’ve seen a lot of fantastic trends on these girls, and we look forward to seeing more in the episodes to come!
So HollywoodLifers, which Pretty Little Liars fashion moment is your favorite? Let us know!
