Kelly and Donna are back! Former ‘Beverly Hills 90210′ costars, Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling, have reunited for the new detective comedy, ‘Mystery Girls’ — and we have a first sneak peek!

What better way to bounce back from a cheating husband — and an entire reality series documenting the aftermath — than by starring in a brand new show with your best friend?! Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling team up again for ABC Family summer series, Mystery Girls, a comedy that follows two former crime TV show stars, Charlie (Jennie) and Holly (Tori), who are reunited to solve a real-life mystery. Click to WATCH the hilarious first look!

Tori Spelling Bounces Back After ‘True Tori’

For the past two months, we’ve watched Tori battle it out with her husband, Dean McDermott on the emotional reality series, True Tori.

However, Tori has moved on from fighting with Dean on reality TV to fighting crime on scripted TV — and we’re so excited to see her play such a fun, happier role!

In Mystery Girls, Tori and Jennie play former TV starlets, Holly and Charlie, respectively, who fought crime on TV back in the 90’s. (Sounds a bit familiar, doesn’t it?)

In the sneak peak clip (watch above), the girls are out to lunch and Holly is definitely trying to relive her glory days in the spotlight when she attempts to convince Charlie they should be real-life crime solvers. Understandably, Charlie thinks Holly is crazy and attempts to leave the lunch telling her, “I’ll see you in another fourteen years!”

Nevertheless, the girls are thrown back into the world of crime fighting — and this time, it’s real!

Tori & Dean Fought About ‘Mystery Girls’ On ‘True Tori’

While Tori and Dean were arguing about their hectic schedules on True Tori, Tori told Dean he has to be with their kids, while she was filming Mystery Girls.

Tori’s (not-so) casual name drop of the new show let her fans know she was making a come back — and we’ve been waiting ever since.

Mystery Girls premieres on June 25 (8:30/7:30c) on ABC Family. If you can’t wait until then, make sure to check out the sneak peak above!

What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Will Mystery Girls be as big of a hit as Beverly Hills 90210? Let us know your thoughts below!
