There’s no doubt about it — Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have been through A LOT in the time they’ve known each other. Even after two videos surfaced of Justin using the N-word, Selena still ‘sees the good in him,’ a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
Selena Gomez, 21, doesn’t hate her ex boyfriend Justin Bieber, 20, for using the N-word in not one but TWO videos that have been released this week. Both videos show the ‘Boyfriend’ singer using the N-word (once in a joke, the other in a song) during the early years of his career.
Selena Gomez on Justin Bieber’s Videos – ‘Still Sees the Good”
Despite all of the drama, Selena still believes that Justin has kindness in his heart. “Selena doesn’t think Justin is a racist, she just thinks he was acting stupid and immature,” an EXCLUSIVE source tells HollywoodLife.com. “As far as him changing she does hope that he’ll grow up, she still sees the good in him and his potential.”
While Selena’s chalking Justin’s N-word use up to being young and naive, she’s still upset with him about how he broke her heart. “But, she’s also extremely angry at him for the way he treated her,” the source reveals. Considering how upset Selena has been about her roller coaster relationship with Justin, her undying support to him after these two video scandals is — well — a little surprising.
Selena’s not the only star close to Justin who is standing by his side through all of this N-bomb drama.
Justin Bieber’s Friends Defend Him
Stars like Lil Za (who showed his support in Instagram) and Lil Wayne (whose record label made a statement about the videos) are supporting Justin right now. “He’s no racist. He’s far from it. It was an innocent mistake and all his boys know that and are not taking it the same way that others are taking it. We all know Justin, they don’t,” an insider revealed EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife.com about Justin’s friends reactions to the videos.
