Since the release on June 4 of yet ANOTHER shocking video in which Justin Bieber uses the N-word and drops a mention of the Ku Klux Klan, Justin’s friends are speaking out in support of their friend, and sources reveal to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that they deny that Justin is a racist.
Justin Bieber, 20, may be in more trouble than ever. On June 1, a video of him telling a racist joke at 15 years old and using the N-word hit the internet, for which he humbly apologized. However, on June 4, yet another video was released of him using the N-word, and it’s even worse. In it, he performs a parody of his song “One Less Lonely Girl” called “One Less Lonely [N-word],” and mentions the Ku Klux Klan. So not good. However, sources have revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Justin’s friends, like Lil Za, are standing by him, and deny that he is a racist.
Justin Bieber’s Friends Defend Him: Justin Is Not Racist
“He’s no racist. He’s far from it. It was an innocent mistake and all his boys know that and are not taking it the same way that others are taking it. We all know Justin, they don’t,” our insider revealed EXCLUSIVELY. “This was before he was even a household name and had everybody in the world holding a microscope to his life. Price of fame, I guess.” It’s true that there happens to be a microscope on Justin right now, but that doesn’t really excuse past behavior. 15 is young, sure, but he should have known right from wrong at the time.
However, “We’re all humans and make mistakes,” our HollywoodLife.com source continued, “and Justin views this as a grave mistake, and one that he’s really really sorry about.”
Justin Bieber’s Friend Lil Za Supports Justin Bieber After New N-Word Scandal
Lil Za, specifically, is sticking behind the Biebs, and our source confirmed as such. Furthermore, on June 4, Lil Za posted an Instagram about Justin that was clearly a defense of him in the wake of his most recent scandal. ““This guy right here changed my life and others in many ways . A true brother and friend, you’re appreciated and loved by all of us and millions of fans,” he wrote. “to bad I can’t be with you to turn up with you and pops for his birthday. nxt time ! See you soon luv you bro!”
HollywoodLife.com has reached out to Justin’s reps about this scandal, and they referred us to Justin’s previous apology, below:
“As a kid, I didn’t understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt. I thought it was ok to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn’t realize at the time that it wasn’t funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance. Thanks to friends and family I learned from my mistakes and grew up and apologized for those wrongs. Now that these mistakes from the past have become public I need to apologize again to all those I have offended. I’m very sorry. I take my friendships with people of all cultures very seriously and I apologize for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable mistake. I was a kid then and I am a man now who knows my responsibility to the world and not to make that mistake again. Ignorance has no place in our society and I hope the sharing of my faults can prevent others from making the same mistake in the future. I thought long and hard about what i wanted to say but telling the truth it always what’s right. Five years ago I made a reckless and immature mistake and I’m grateful to those close to me who helped me learn those lessons as a young man. Once again…. I’m sorry.”
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Will Justin be forgiven for this? Is he a racist, or has he just done some legendarily stupid things? Let us know!
