It’s been two years since Bethenny Frankel told Jason Hoppy she wanted a divorce, and now the former couple have finally settled their custody battle over their daughter, Bryne, 4.
Bethenny Frankel, 43, and her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, also 43, have reached an agreement over the custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Bryne. The former reality television couple have been battling over custody in court for quite some time now — so what are the terms of their agreement?

Finally! Some good news in regards to Bethenny’s divorce.
The former Bethenny Ever After star has been duking it out in court with her ex, Jason, over custody of their daughter, Bryne.
On Wednesday, June 4, the former couple reached an agreement that is sure to please both of them: Bethenny and Jason will share equal parenting rights, according to the Daily News.
“My client is delighted that this custody dispute has been resolved,” Jason’s lawyer Bernard Clair said in an official statement. “Jason wishes Bethenny only the best of luck, and he looks forward to sharing with her all of the joyous occasions, milestones and blessings that will be coming up in his daughter’s future.”
Bethenny’s team had no immediate response to the settlement.
Bethenny Believed Jason Would ‘Destroy’ Her
On May 28, Bethenny and Jason went head-to-head in a New York City courtroom over the custody of their daughter.
Throughout the hearing, both Bethenny and Jason argued their case in who they believed would be a better parent to little Bryne.
Bethenny took the stand and testified through tears that her ex-husband, Jason, had previously threatened to “destroy” her.
