After everything Selena has gone through with Justin, we knew she had turned to religion -- but she's actually taken it a step further and reportedly has an 'obsession' with it! Selena Gomez Is A Born-Again Virgin

“Selena has told friends she’s completely swearing off men until she’s married. She wants to be a born-again virgin,” a source told InTouch magazine. “Selena has done a complete U-turn in the past month and has gone from partying constantly to attending Bible study with a new hyper-religious groups of friends. They’ve told her it’s OK to save herself for marriage and it will be healthier for her.”

This doesn’t come as that much of a surprise, since after Selena, 21, went to Coachella and had a falling out with Justin, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, we heard she was turning to religion for comfort.

Apparently that hook up broke her heart and was the last straw. “She’s swapped drinking and partying for all things Jesus” now, a source added. It probably didn’t feel good then to see Kylie and Justin taking selfies together again on May 27.

Selena’s Religion ‘Obsession’ Revealed

Selena made a trip to Nepal recently and revealed that she was looking for “mental peace.” On May 24, she also shared an emotional quote by The Dalai Lama on Instagram that spoke volumes. “Open your arms to change, but do not let go of your values,” it read.

While Selena’s friends support her, they are reportedly worried about her new obsession with religion.

“They’re worried he’s just transferred her obsession from one thing to another. No one’s sure if this is just a phase or the way Selena will continue to live her life long-term,” the insider said.
