Robin Thicke has one of the best voices in showbiz so it’s no surprise NBC had him to stop by The Voice! He sang with finalist Josh Kaufman, and we have to wonder, was his sexy song dedicated to Paula Patton?
Robin Thicke Sings ‘Get Her Back’ With Josh Kaufman
Robin Thicke stopped by the final show of The Voice to sing with Josh Kaufman, and if he was thinking about his ex Paula Patton, you wouldn’t be able to tell! The two looked to be having a great time together up on stage.
Right when they began, Robin told the audience to put their hands together and then they began to sing “Get Her Back.”
Of course, Robin’s voice was pure perfection, but Josh held his own with Robin, too! Regardless if Josh wins The Voice or not, we see a bright future for him. Maybe a collaboration with Robin?
Was Robin Thicke Thinking About Paula Patton During Performance?
Although this night is about singing, we still have to point out the lyrics!
Even though the two guys were collaborating together, Robin was belting out lyrics about getting his girl back — “I’ve got to make it right…I’ve got to treat her right…I’ve got to cherish her for life.”
Pretty serious words, right?!
Whatever the meaning behind Robin’s lyrics, Josh stunned with his range, emotions and performance. We love these guys together! We can only hope that they’ll record something together in the future.
