The star of the moment stepped out, yet again, at the Cannes Film Festival — but did the actress continue her fabulous fashion run or did the darling of the festival totally flop? VOTE.
Another day, another dramatic red carpet moment from Blake Lively at the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival, where she continued to show off her versatile sense of style, showing off a new silhouette for the premiere of Captives on May 15, where she stepped out on the arm of her hubby — and the couple looked beyond glam! Blake is the queen of couture — and she definitely proved it in her latest look.
Blake Lively ‘Captives’ Premiere Gown At The Cannes Film Festival:
We’re seen her rock a high slit and a plunging gown, but for her latest appearance she channeled Grace Kelly in a strapless, black and white Gucci Première gown that hugged her curves like a glove. The face of Gucci Première’s fragrance looked sensational in the fifties-inspired ensemble. Everything about the ensemble was truly glamorous — in fact, this is what we had hoped to see the stylish stars wear when they came down the red carpet at the 2014 Met Gala!
Her top allowed her ample cleavage to really take center stage while the white detailing on the skirt added dramatic glamour to the look. From the back, the gown was just breathtaking — the white skirt cascaded out with such effortless elegance! From the front, however, the white definitely may garner mixed reviews.
A double-strand diamond necklace, exquisite bracelet, and red lip added to her glam red carpet look as she wore her hair slicked down to the side and pulled back in a dramatic bouffant which added to the theme of the outfit. She finished off the look with liquid liner — très chic!
What do you think of Blake’s outfit? Did you love her latest walk down the red carpet in Cannes or was her gown a fashion flop?
