With a bevy of glam gowns and stunning stars, the Cannes Film Festival has officially commenced — and we can’t get over all the gorgeous looks on the red carpet! Who do you think deserves the best dressed title? VOTE.
The 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival certainly wasn’t short on star power, as everyone from Kendall Jenner to Jane Fonda stepped out looking gorgeous in one great gown after another for the opening ceremony and Grace of Monaco premiere in Cannes on May 14. While Kendall rocked the hottest color palette of the season, black and white, Blake Lively put her long legs on full display in a sexy slit gown — and the fierce fashion didn’t stop there.
Zoe Saldana Cannes Film Festival Dress:
Also in attendance was Zoe Saldana, who was a vision in a white floor-length frock from Victoria Beckham‘s Fall 2014 collection. The ensemble, which featured a pleated skirt, cinched in her waist thanks to the chain-link detailing — and I loved the way it matched her statement earrings! Soft, side-parted waves styled to one side and a bold red lip completed her chic outfit.
Kendall Jenner’s Cannes Film Festival Dress:
Kendall is proving that she really is the model of the minute! Fresh off her very first visit to the Met Gala, she hopped across the pond to Cannes, where she fit right in on the red carpet in Chanel. The star accessorized her black and white gown with two ginormous Chopard rings — and she took to Instagram to show them off.
Blake Lively Cannes Film Festival Dress — ‘Grace Of Monaco’ Premiere:
Gucci glamour girl, Blake, rarely lets us down on the red carpet — and she looked as exquisite as ever as she rocked a gown from the fashion house that featured a slit that cut up to her thigh. The face of Gucci Première’s fragrance looked sensational in a two-tone, bordeaux silk chiffon pleated evening gown and open back. The star wore her hair pulled back to keep the focus on the frock, (and the interesting, geometric neckline!), and it allowed her exquisite Lorraine Schwartz earrings to totally sparkle. Her pink diamond, up the ear earrings featured a total of 25 carats of ruby drops, which looked lovely paired with her diamond flower bracelet and diamond vine bracelet, also by the designer.
Jane Fonda looked better than ever as she sauntered down the red carpet in an Elie Saab gown from the Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2013 collection that featured an open v back and belt. The ruby, fully-embroidered long-sleeved gown looked amazing on her figure.
If the opening ceremony is any hint of what’s in store, it’s bound to be a seriously stylish film festival — and we can’t wait! Who do you think was best dressed?
