Rainbeau Mars’ Book Party — Diet Tips & Tricks To Stay Slim & Healthy This Summer
Rainbeau, 37, invited HollywoodLife.com into her sprawling Beverly Hills mansion on May. 4 as she released her new and invigorating book,”The 21-Day SuperStar Cleanse: A Rejuvenating Lifestyle Program to Help You Feel Younger, Healthier, and Ready to Rock the World!”
And to make the event extra special, Rainbeau’s good friend Russell Simmons hosted.
We sat down with mother earth herself and in a video interview with HollywoodLife.com, she told us why women and men alike can look and feel their best by experiencing her step-by-step 21 day cleanse firsthand.
“The first thing is to commit. Who do I want to be in 21 days?” she explained to us right off the bat. “The book is an offering of replacing whatever you’re eating with better choices.”
“For the next 21-days, I’m going to allow myself to not have chemicals, or negative thinking or fried foods…things that are really toxic.”
“Each week you go to a higher level,” she explained of the 21-day no calorie restriction cleanse. “There’s a beginner level, intermediate and advanced.”
“The advanced level would be like eating cooked vegan food, moving to love food as much as you want.”
Because the cleanse become more challenging as you move through the three weeks, “you can drink some organic wine or top shelf tequila,” she said. “But then we encourage you, ok, what would it be like to let go of that for two weeks?”
Rainbeau Mars Says Gwyneth Paltrow & Madonna Define Real Beauty
Also a yoga enthusiast, Rainbeau has even created her own practice called ra’yoka, a fitness program designed to enhance the principles of yoga with breath-centered flow, dynamic, martial arts movements, and core connection.
“Gwyneth Paltrow is a really great example [and] I’ve seen her in ashtanga classes for years — she’s committed to the practice both inside and out,” Rainbeau says. “Madonna is incredible,” she continues. “Look at her age. She is hardcore. She’s way more disciplined than I am.”
