Charlize Theron’s opening monologue on ‘SNL’ on May 10 had the audience falling out of their chairs with laughter. The Oscar winner opened the show with a song entitled ‘I Can’t Sing’ which poked fun at her hilarious lack of vocal talent. Click above to watch this fantastic opening monologue.

Charlize Theron, 38, was just too funny during her second appearance hosting SNL. The Oscar winner wanted to do her opening monologue with a song because she didn’t get to do it when she last hosted in 2000. Let’s just say that the song “I Can’t Sing” was one for the books as far as SNL monologues go.

Charlize Theron’s ‘Can’t Sing’ ‘SNL’ Monologue Is The Best Musical Moment This Year

When last we saw Charlize on the SNL stage she was being grilled by then cast member Tracy Morgan about being “black,” because she’s from South Africa.

Well this time around Charlize is again allowing the jokes to be turned on her by singing “I Can’t Sing.”

The song highlights everything else that Charlize is good at except for singing! In her opening monologue Charlize is supported by the rest of the cast of SNL and they all sing together about her life’s achievements.

Charlize Theron Can Do Everything

Charlize has won an Oscar, she’s a trained ballet dancer, and has done work for the animal rights group PETA. But all of those things are always followed in the song by “but she can’t sing!”

The song and the dancing that accompanies it are something great and funny to watch, but don’t take our word for it. Watch for yourself right here!

HollywoodLifers, what did you think about Charlize’s “Can’t Sing” song? Were you cracking up as hard as we were at her opening monologue? Let us know what’s on your mind.
